          Weston Hall:  1224 Sq. Feet (34’ x 36’)

          Gathering Space:  1480 Sq. Feet (37’ x 40’)

          Hearth Room:  816 Sq. Feet (34’ x24’)

          Sawyer Rooms A & B:  each 462 Sq. Feet (each 22’ x 21’)
             May be combined into one room- accordion room divider may separate two rooms

Rental Facility Pricing:

Wedding Ceremonies Only (four hours plus two-hour rehearsal the evening before):        $450
Includes:  required facility monitor and assistance in pre-planning your event; sanctuary or outdoor wedding.  (Additional fees for optional equipment rentals, officiant, staffing other than facility monitors)

Wedding Receptions/Celebrations/Memorial Services with Reception (seating up to 200):    $75 to $200/hour
price depends on the number of guests and the complexity of your event
(overflow seating available for larger memorial services)
Includes:  required facility monitors and assistance in pre-planning your event; use of kitchen (refrigerator, stove, ovens, warming ovens and freezer), use of tables/chairs.  (Additional fees for optional equipment rentals, bartender service, staffing other than facility monitors)

 Seminars- Business Center $85/hour (discounts for all-day seminars)
Includes:  required facility monitor, flat screen TV for presentations, lectern with microphone, conference tables, chairs, coffee station. Seats up to 40.

Children’s Birthday Parties Beginning at $150 per event.  (three hours)
Includes:  required facility monitors, use of kitchen, setup/cleanup.

Ask About our Farmhouse with Kitchen for Small Budget Events (up to 30) $55/hour
Includes: required facility monitor, use of kitchen and brick patio.
